13. Finely chopped coriander 3 tbsp.
14. Salt 1 tsp.

Instructions
1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the pan, followed by finely chopped shallot and garlic. Stir to mix well for 4-5 minutes or until soft and add shredded beetroots, carrot, and zucchini. Keep stirring until blended for 5 more minutes or until well cooked. Transfer the ingredients into a basket to squeeze the water out.
2. Add oatmeal, chickpea, white sesame paste, minced beef, and egg yolk into a blender. Blend until well combined and set it aside in a bowl.
3. Add the mixed vegetables into the beef bowl, followed by spring onion and coriander. Enhance the flavor with salt and pepper. Combine well.
4. Make round, flattened patties from the minced beef. Set aside in a plastic box, cover with a lid, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. (It can be chilled up to a maximum of 24 hours.)
5. Heat the pan over medium heat. Pour the remaining olive oil into the pan and start cooking the beef burgers by taking 2-3 minutes each side.
6. Toast burger buns in the toaster using low heat or toast them in the hot pan. Then lay the burger, rocket leaves, and cherry tomatoes in the middle of the buns for serving. Now a taste of Australia is ready to be savored.
